Bubbles and Macarons
Saturday 18 October from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm at Domaine Rémy Nodin in Saint-Péray
This workshop will teach you the secrets of making macarons, thanks to the expertise of Aurélien Fournier, followed by a tasting session where you’ll pair them with sparkling wines from Saint-Péray produced by the Alain Voge and Rémy Nodin estates !
This hands-on workshop will allow you to learn more about the art of making macarons (with Aurélien Fournier) and to taste and pair macarons with sparkling wines in the company of the winemakers from the Rémy Nodin and Alain Voge estates !

Sunday 19 October from 10.30 am to 2 pm at Place de l'Eglise in Saint-Sylvestre
Come and discover the treasures of local producers and artisans, and taste the wines from our three AOCs: Cornas, Saint-Joseph and Saint-Péray ! A friendly, market-style atmosphere awaits!
Come and meet or catch up with those who provide us with daily delights (market garden produce, herbs, charcuterie, honey...) as well as local crafts !
As for the wines: the Courbis, Alain Voge and Durand estates will be presenting their vintages !
Land & Sea Getaway
Sunday 19 October, 11am to 3pm, Domaine Verset A&E in Cornas
Four estates (Verset A&E, Leménicier, Chaboud-Cellier and Matthieu Barret) invite you to enjoy a "Land & Sea" getaway (fire pit, oysters & shellfish, wines from Saint-Péray and Cornas) at the Verset A&E estate, accompanied by Ludo on the guitar !
It’s in a "home-from-home" atmosphere, to the sound of Ludovic’s guitar, that you can enjoy a festive lunch break! A wine bar with four estates offering their vintages for sale, and on the food side, a fire pit, oysters and shellfish for a top-quality Land & Sea experience!
