Le Carré d’Aléthius is a calm, relaxing hotel-restaurant in a charming medieval village in Ardèche. Enjoy dishes by Michelin-starred chef Olivier Samin out on the patio in summer.
This hotel-restaurant (9 rooms) opened in 2010 and is located at the heart of the village of Charmes-sur-Rhône. Both the restaurant and the rooms are decorated with modern finesse, creating an elegant and warm atmosphere.
The young team will do their utmost to make your stay a perfect one, and will welcome you with cordiality and simplicity.
Opening periods
From 01/01 to 31/12/2026 on Tuesday between 7.45 pm and 9.15 pm. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 1.15 pm and between 7.45 pm and 9.15 pm. Closed on Monday and Sunday.
Rates
Adult menu: 44 to 135 €.
- Tentation menu (starter, main course, dessert) 44 € - Lunchtime from Wednesday to Friday (except bank holidays)
- Carré menu (starter, main course, dessert) 74 € - lunchtime and dinner weekdays and Saturday all day
- Grand Carré menu (starter, 2 main courses, dessert) 94 € - lunchtime and dinner weekdays and Saturday all day
- Alethius menu (degustation menu in 6 services) 135 € – dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and lunchtime on Saturday and bank holidays.
